Regional Sales Management

Our Regional Sales force consists of Regional Sales Managers and a team of professional, technical sales representatives in each of our defined regions. At present, The M. F. Cachat Company employs a total of 26 outside sales representatives and 4 inside sales representatives. Outside representatives work out of home offices, located within their assigned geography. Inside Sales consists of technically-degreed sales representatives servicing the needs of their customers from our headquarters location in Lakewood, Ohio. Geographical territory assignments are based on methodology which ensures each sales representative the opportunity to make regular customer visits. Individual geographic assignments are generally such that our representatives are within a two-to-three hour drive of their entire customer base. Maintaining a frequent call schedule enables the sales representative to gain a thorough understanding of our customers' business, provide prompt follow-up attention, and deliver commercial and technical solutions best-suited to the customers' specific requirements.
