These responsibilities include: strategic and succession planning; joint sales and technical support initiatives with our Principals/Suppliers; customer sales calls and technical seminars; ongoing technical training and professional development for technical sales representatives, department management and corporate staff members; information technology initiatives; and participation in local/regional trade associations and industry events.

| John Mastrantoni is President and majority shareholder of The M. F. Cachat Company. John began his career in the chemical industry in 1980. He joined Cachat in 1984, as Sales Representative/Account Executive. Prior to being appointed President in 2005, John served as Director of Sales from 1994 to 2004. John graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. |
| Alison M. Azar - Vice President, Sales |
| Alison began her career in the chemical industry in 1985. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Purdue University. She became a shareholder in 2006 and named Vice President Sales in 2009. Prior to that she managed the Central and Midwest regions for the company. Alison has been with the company since 1995. |
| Bruce Jarosz - Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Operations |
| Bruce Jarosz joined the Company in 1991 as Controller. Bruce was appointed a shareholder in 2001 and promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations in 2002. Bruce is a graduate of John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is affiliated with the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. |
