Each Shareholder plays an active role in the business with responsibility for specific management and sales activities. These responsibilities include: strategic and succession planning; joint sales and technical support initiatives with our Principals/Suppliers; customer sales calls and technical seminars; ongoing technical training and professional development for technical sales representatives, department management and corporate staff members; information technology initiatives; and participation in local/regional trade associations and industry events.

| John Mastrantoni is President and majority shareholder of The M. F. Cachat Company. John began his career in the chemical industry in 1980. He joined Cachat in 1984, as Sales Representative/Account Executive. Prior to being appointed President in 2005, John served as Cachat's Director of Sales from 1994 to 2004. John oversees and works closely with Cachat's Regional Sales Managers, Inside Sales Manager and Business Development Manager; participating in sales calls, organizing ongoing technical training sessions, attending regular business reviews and participating in business development/Principal relations activities. John graduated from John Carroll University, with a Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing. |
| Alison M. Azar - Vice President, Sales |
| Alison began her career in the chemical industry in 1985. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from Purdue University. She became a shareholder in 2006 and named Vice President Sales in 2009. Prior to that she managed the Central and Midwest regions for the company. Alison has been with the company since 1995. She is a member of Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology (FSCT); Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE); Institute of Food Technologists (IFT); Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC). |
| Bruce Jarosz - Chief Financial Officer & Vice President of Operations |
| Bruce Jarosz joined the Company in 1991 as Controller. Consistent with the Company's continued growth and formal succession planning; Bruce was appointed a shareholder in 2001 and promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations in 2002. Bruce's direct reports include department managers of Customer Service, Materials Management, Accounting/Finance and Sales Support. Bruce is also responsible for ongoing review and upgrade, as necessary, of the Information Technology aspects of our business.
Bruce works closely with John Mastrantoni and department management to ensure the Company vision of "everyone being a part of the sales process," is lived and practiced on a daily basis.

| D. Edward Sherwood - Vice President, National Accounts |
| Ed Sherwood has worked in the chemical industry since 1968. Prior to being appointed Vice President, National Accounts in 2006, Ed served as Vice President, Central Region Sales Manager. Ed's sales and marketing experience serves to further strengthen relationships with our customers operating at the national level. Ed graduated from East Carolina University, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial Relations. Ed is a member of National Coatings Association, Federation of Societies for Coatings Technology, Society of Plastics Engineers. |
